We use Australia Post for the majority of our deliveries.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Returns

We offer returns and full refund within 30 days of purchasing the product.

If you wish to return the product, please contact us at support@bluva.com.au with your reason for return and we will provide you the necessary details to return the product and receive your full refund.
